Investment Opportunity Seed-Runde
At Ecoro, we are offering a unique opportunity to be part of our growth through a €1.5M Seed Investment round. This funding will enable us to fully demonstrate and commercialize our cutting-edge transport system, including the establishment of a Proof of Concept (POC). We have secured collaboration agreements with three key leads, positioning us for success as we bring our innovative solution to market. Our Seed Investment round is open for equity investment through convertible loans, and we invite both larger and smaller investors to participate. As part of our Seed Investment financing, we offer two investment options:
1. Corporate Bonds – Ideal for Larger Investments
For those looking to invest €30,000 or more, now is the ideal time to invest in corporate bonds. These bonds offer a 15% discount upon conversion into company shares, along with an additional 15% government subsidy through the BAfA program. This combination of benefits makes for a highly attractive entry point into Ecoro’s future growth.
• Investment amount: €30,000 or more
• Conversion: Into company shares (notarization required)
• Time window: 01.08.2024 – 20.09.2024
2. Subordinated Loan – Simple and Accessible for Smaller Investors
For those looking to invest smaller amounts, starting from €100 up to €20,000, we offer a subordinated loan option with a fixed term, designed to be simple and bureaucratically light. This option opens up Ecoro’s investment potential to a wider range of investors, allowing you to join our journey with ease.
• Investment amount: €100 to €20,000 or more
• Time window: 20.09.2024 – 31.12.2024
This is a pivotal moment for ecoro as we transition from development to commercialization, and your investment will play a crucial role in bringing our sustainable transport solution to market. Whether you’re looking to make a significant investment or join with a smaller contribution, now is the perfect time to become a part of ecoro’s growth story.
