ecoro changes that – starting with one thing: outdoor pallet transport between buildings, with terminals, shuttles and lane orchestrated by one operating system, the ecoro Control Center. From there, the same system scales – to campuses, industrial parks, and eventually dedicated freight
corridors that return surface space to people. Permanently.

Labor disappearing. Costs exploding. Automation incomplete.

CEO Daniel Daum saw it for fifteen years: on every multi-building site, precision automation inside every building – and forklifts in every yard. The reason nobody had solved it: the space between buildings sat between two industries. Too outdoor for warehouse automation. Too closed-off for open-road autonomy. So nobody owned it. ecoro brought together the people to change that – transport infrastructure, hardware and software engineering, logistics operations. One team, built around one problem.

ecoro was founded to own that space. A dedicated pallet transport system for outdoor operations, built on the one constraint that makes it deployable today: a closed lane on private premises, under EC Machinery Directive – not public-road AV regulation.”

The constraint is the design principle. It is why deployment takes months, not years – and why the system stays radically simpler, and radically cheaper, than any intelligent vehicle built to survive the open road.

From structural problem to active deployment.

No milestone before its riskiest assumption was tested. Outdoor autonomy came first – the system followed.

Founded in the heart of Würzburg, Germany

2023

First testing with Gen-1 shuttle and Terminal prototype. Problem validated. First LOIs signed.

2024

Gen-2 shuttle engineered and built.
Company funded to grow.
Headquarter moved to Munich.

Gen 2 validation complete. Engineering team scaling. First deployments.
