🔊 UPDATE:

ecoro selected as 1 of 10 startups in EIT Urban Mobility Scale-up 2025.

We exist to close the gap between your buildings.

Not the gap in your indoor automation — that problem is solved. The gap outside. Between Building A and Building B. The one that forklifts still run today on every industrial site in the world.

Founded by people who understood the physical problem.

Transport infrastructure and hardware- ngineering — the discipline that actually builds the system.

When freight moves in the background, space returns to people.

Goods move across factories, campuses, and cities today using massive fleets of trucks and forklifts that take up space, burn energy, and create unsafe working conditions.

ecoro was created to change that. Our internal logistics system is the first step — automating outdoor pallet transport between buildings on private industrial premises. From there, the path leads to campus automation, industrial park infrastructure, and eventually autonomous freight corridors that return surface space to people permanently.

WHAT ECORO DELIVERS TODAY
"The only system built specifically for automated source-to-sink pallet transport on private industrial premises."

Built because the problem was costing the industry more every year.

Daniel Daum spent fifteen years in transport infrastructure at Daimler. On every multi-building industrial site, the same gap existed: precision automation inside every building, forklifts in every yard. No one had built a system for the space in between — because it sat between indoor automation vendors and open-road AV regulation, too complex for either to own.

ecoro was founded to own that gap. A dedicated outdoor pallet transport system, built on the one constraint that makes it deployable today: a closed lane on private premises, under EC Machinery Directive, not public-road AV regulation.

The constraint is the design principle. It is why deployment takes months instead of years, and why a shuttle costs around €30,000 instead of €240,000.

From structural problem to active deployment.

Every milestone has been sequenced to validate the highest-risk component first — vehicle autonomy in outdoor conditions — and build the full system around it.

ecoro contributes to six UN Sustainable Development Goals.

With zero-emission logistics innovation, ecoro removes forklifts from outdoor environments, eliminates diesel emissions on that route, and returns space to people. Because we believe that automation should not compete with people for space, safety, or quality of life.

Creating safer work environments by removing forklifts from high-traffic zones.
Supporting clean production by reducing contamination risk from traditional freight equipment.
Modernizing factory logistics with advanced, scalable AGV technology.
Designing freight systems that integrate seamlesly into urban and industrail planning.
Eliminating CO2 emissions in internal freight through fully electric, zero-emission transport systems.
Reducing industrial footprint and freeing up space for green areas around facilities.
